Be The Leader – The #1 Rule of Ukrainian Dating Culture
I have said it before, and I’ll say it again: if you want a feminine woman, you have to be a masculine man.
There’s no getting away from this.
Believe it or not, dating women in Eastern European countries often forces boys to “grow up,” accept responsibility for life and become a man.
Many parents can attest to the fact that traveling has a way of changing their sons for the better. Many young men who travel to Eastern Europe are finally incentivized to do well in life for the very first time.
Western men are told that if we just work hard, good things will happen. When living in the United States, that’s just not always the case anymore.
In Ukraine, there is a clear framework for an expat male to live in a nice home, have a beautiful girlfriend, and make money online. He’s living what was once known as the “American dream.”
Hilariously, let’s compare lifestyle to one in the United States.
Working hard in the West will often land you a stagnant corporate job, an overweight wife who complains, and a life that is dull and unfulfilling.
I digress.
As a man, you will find that it is your responsibility to take the lead in the many situations that life throws at you. This includes your time spent with women. This is the cold, unpleasant reality of the world we live in.
Get used to it. It’s not changing any time soon.
How To Lead a Ukrainian Girl
Being a leader means choosing the restaurants you and the girl(s) you are dating will eat at. It can mean planning how you will your spend your time together, and it definitely means always having an aura of being decisive and “in control.”
I’ve gone as far as telling girls what to major in at university, which jobs to take, and what to wear when they’re around me.
In reality, I did them all a huge favor by weighing in on their choices by offering an educated, Westernized perspective on their lives.
They know it, and I sure as hell know it too.
The last thing you want to do when dating a Ukrainian girl is to say things like: “I’m not sure,” or “It’s up to you.”
This does not mean that you should not entertain her requests or suggestions. It does, however, mean that as the man in a relationship, you have the final say.
Make this mistake at your own peril!
That being said, learning to be a leader is a long process. It just doesn’t come naturally to most people.
The best piece of advice I can give you if you want to increase your decisiveness and ability to lead is to start hitting the gym.

While it may seem like I am advocating for you to be a drill sergeant, you must also keep in mind that Ukrainian dating culture is somewhat relaxed. Believe it or not, plans are made with a huge amount of spontaneity.
Strategy #2: Spontaneity
Perhaps one of the most peculiar aspects of Ukrainian dating culture is the spontaneity of it all.
For as poor of a country as Ukraine, girls are often tied up with more obligations than I’ve seen in any other country.
On a given day, a local girl will have to attend university, work a few hours at a crappy job, and fulfill family obligations such as watching younger relatives or cooking. Hopefully, she still gets to have a social life.
Oh, and then she has to make time for you.
It’s not uncommon for a Ukrainian girl that you’re chatting with to hit you up in the middle of the day and ask if you’re free to go for a walk or have a coffee.
Ukrainian dating culture is extremely spontaneous. You very well may encounter women who are somewhat reluctant to make plans, and instead, have somewhat of a “go with the flow” type of attitude.
This is all the more reason that you have to be proactive in setting up dates, but also reflects the fact that you should be open to somewhat random meetups throughout the day.
In essence: Ukraine is a rather straightforward country. If she agrees to see you, she’s interested. Be flexible, but be confident.
You have likely presented yourself as an interesting, attractive foreigner who shows the potential of being someone great.
Showing potential, as you are sure to see, is a huge aspect of Ukrainian dating culture.
Strategy #2: Show Potential
There is a common misconception that Ukrainian girls, and all Eastern European girls in general, are “golddiggers.”
Disgruntled men will say that they are only after your money. They whine that it’s impossible for a Ukrainian woman to love a foreigner, and other ridiculous ideas that only jealous failed men would resort to.
There are indeed plenty of scams that exist in regards to Ukrainian women (don’t even get me started on some of these bride agencies).
But, you have to remember that money is simply a part of life no matter where you live.
Here’s a crazy idea that most guys can’t seem to understand: girls like guys who have their lives together.
Being flat broke and unable to pay for a coffee date means that you are extremely incompetent in some way.
Family-oriented, traditional women do not like this type of behavior.
On the flip side, having a healthy financial life is a sign that you’re a realistic, well-adjusted man.
Ukrainian Women Are Relationship-Minded
Ukrainian girls are relationship-minded. Even at the earliest phases of dating, she’s likely sizing you up to see if you would be a quality long term partner.
Whether you like it or not, if you have some extra income to play with, it means you can have more meaningful experiences with the ones you care about.
It also means you can be a better, stronger provider should times get tough if you two stay together long enough.
Remember: if you want a feminine woman, you must be a masculine man. Making money is masculine.
Drinks at a fancy cocktail bar? A side trip to Georgia for the weekend? A quick coffee date?

Whether it’s trying out new restaurants, having an apartment that you don’t share with your parents, or the occasional gift, foreign men have a serious leg up on the locals.

If a Ukrainian girl chooses to date a local man, her life is going to be completely different.
That same girl will likely be expected to cook every single meal and hardly ever go out anywhere.
Her boyfriend will make $400 a month working in a local shop, and that’s a “good” salary. She will hardly ever have any alone time with him as they both likely still live with their parents. Gifts will be simple, genuine acts such as a single rose from time to time.
Sure, true love exists and most Ukrainian women end up settling for their own men. Even still, what girl doesn’t want to have a series of wonderful new experiences with a man she cares about?
